How Do You Cook Your Turkey?
It is Easter and this year we decided to try our luck with a deep fryer to cook our Easter turkey.
The advantages are a moist, crispy turkey. Deep fryers also cook food very quickly (about 3 minutes per pound for a turkey).
So how do you prefer your turkey, oven cooked, deep-fried or some other way?
