How Long Does it Take to Get a Divorce if Both Parties Agree?

Once the Application is served on the other party, the Responding party has 30 days to file a response.  If no response is received, the Applicant files an Affidavit for Divorce. It can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks for a Judge to review and grant the Divorce but this timeline is dependent on the Court.
