Is Divorce Bad For Children?

In marriages where the children are exposed to a lot of adult conflict, divorce is not always bad for the kids.  Sometimes “staying together for the kids” might do more harm than good.

Research has shown that children of parents who fight a lot yet stay married experience more conflict in their own adult relationships than children of parents who fight and do get a divorce.
