We are excited to announce that Russell Alexander’s second book, ‘Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Divorce’, will be released on July 28th, 2020.

In his book, the longtime divorce attorney provides a comprehensive overview of divorce and answers the questions he’s heard the most from separating and divorcing clients.  With the recent pandemic hitting North America, the way that clients, lawyers, and judges interact has changed dramatically and families working through divorce and custody issues have faced new questions and concerns.  In response, Mr. Alexander has included a special bonus chapter answering new questions raised by the pandemic.

Divorce is never easy, but Alexander discusses options such as alternative dispute resolution, four-way settlement meetings and collaborative practice.  Drawing on his years of experience, he outlines ways in which separating couples can approach the divorce process in a less contentious and less stressful way, allowing them to make tough decisions on mutually-owned property, custody arrangement, alimony and child support without stepping inside a courtroom.

As it is clear that the pandemic will affect divorce, from the way in which custody and access will operate during quarantine to how court operations will proceed, Russell Alexander’s new book can help families make the decisions that will leave them on solid ground, emotionally, physically and financially.
