Your initial retainer payment will not likely cover all of your legal fees. An initial retainer payment is required to be paid upfront so we can open your file. As work is completed on your file, you are billed and the corresponding amount is removed from your trust account, accordingly. As your initial retainer payment nears depletion, you will be asked to make another retainer payment so your account remains in good standing.
