You will be required to replenish your funds in trust as often as is required to keep your account in good standing. If you do not have a positive balance in your trust account, we reserve the right to cease performing any further work on your matter.

As a general rule, if there is frequent activity in your matter, then you will be required to replenish your retainer earlier rather than later. Conversely, if your matter is relatively uncomplicated and there is not frequent activity in your matter, then you will not likely be required to replenish your retainer as often.
