Nafisa is also committed to giving back to the community and currently sits as a Board of Director at Luke’s Place, the Malvern Family Resource Centre, the Durham Region Law Association, and Collaborative Practice Durham Region

Lori is an associate lawyer at Russell Alexander Collaborative Family Lawyers. Lori has been practicing law for over 17 years. Prior to practicing in Family Law, she spent 11 years as a criminal trial lawyer with a focus on criminality arising from my client’s domestic relationships. As a family lawyer, she employs a client-centered approach with an aim to get her clients the best possible results by providing practical and efficient advice whether it be through the collaborative process or litigation. Lori has also trained lawyers and law students at the Law Society of Ontario’s Law Practice Program and as an adjunct professor for various other institutions.
