Bill Rogers

Bill is a managing associate lawyer at our firm. His courtroom experience includes numerous motions, several full-blown trials, and he also had the privilege of winning a major family law victory at the Ontario Court of Appeal in 2014 (McConnell v.Huxtable) which prevented the imposition of a proposed two-year deadline on property claims by common law spouses. When he’s not practicing law, he loves spending time playing music with his band, Soul Custody.

Golan Yaron, Family Lawyer

Golan Yaron

Golan is an associate family lawyer and a certified mediator with over 25 years of legal experience. He was first called to the Bar in Israel in 1996 and then called to the Bar in Ontario in 2003. Golan has extensive experience in representing clients and negotiation agreements as well as trial work. He also has experience in negotiating with the authorities to advance a client’s interests and has represented clients at various levels of court including on Appeals.

Howard Manis

Howard has been practicing bankruptcy and insolvency law (creditors’ and debtors’ rights), and commercial litigation since his call to the Bar in 1993. He provides legal advice to trustees in bankruptcy, receivers, banks and other financial institutions, landlords, trade suppliers and debtors (both corporate and individuals) in all aspects of insolvency law, including bankruptcy, proposals, reorganizations and restructurings, enforcement of security, and in protecting rights outside of insolvency proceedings.

Linda Stern

Linda Stern

Linda Stern is a Senior Manager and Licensed Insolvency Trustee at Crowe Soberman Inc. She has over twenty-five years of experience working in Montreal, Ottawa, and Toronto, primarily in consumer insolvency matters consulting with individuals overwhelmed with debt and helping them find solutions that work best for their financial and personal situations.
