With over 20 years of experience, Russell offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise in Collaborative Family Law. He uses his experience with a client-focused approach by creating unique solutions for each of his clients to enable them and their families to move forward with their lives in a compassionate and collaborative manner.

Nafisa Nazarali

Nafisa is the managing associate lawyer at Russell Alexander Collaborative Family Lawyers. She is a collaboratively trained lawyer and has been practicing exclusively in all areas of Family Law for over 10 years with the best interest of children as a primary focus when providing legal advice and strategies for clients. She uses her skills as a collaborative lawyer to find creative ways of achieving positive results for her clients. Nafisa is also committed to giving back to the community and currently sits as a Board of Director at Luke’s Place and the Malvern Family Resource Centre.

Lori Dubin

Lori is an associate lawyer at Russell Alexander Collaborative Family Lawyers. Lori has been practicing law for over 17 years. Prior to practicing in Family Law, she spent 11 years as a criminal trial lawyer with a focus on criminality arising from my client’s domestic relationships. As a family lawyer, she employs a client-centered approach with an aim to get her clients the best possible results by providing practical and efficient advice whether it be through the collaborative process or litigation. Lori has also trained lawyers and law students at the Law Society of Ontario’s Law Practice Program and as an adjunct professor for various other institutions.
