Michelle has been practicing Family Law for over 10 years. She is skilled in all areas of Family Law including divorce, custody access, property division, child and spousal support, and Family Responsibility Office enforcement matters. Her focus is on creating comprehensive, creative resolutions to family law matters. And Michelle excels at helping clients deal with complex financial issues that arise as a result of a separation.

Kaitlyn Swindells

Kaitlyn joined our firm as a law clerk in 2017 and has worked exclusively in family law since graduating from the Law Clerk program at Centennial College in 2014. Kaitlyn assists our firm’s lawyers and works directly with clients to help them at each stage of their family law matter. She ensures our clients are met with quality administrative and legal care by providing excellent service, and shares her knowledge and understanding of the family law rules and court procedures.
