Unfortunately, domestic violence is a very serious issue that often intersects with family law and it can present in many different forms. In this 1-hour webinar, Ontario family lawyers, Russell Alexander, Michelle Mulchan, Thijiba Sinnathamby, and social service worker, Nicole Harrison, will be offering their insights on navigating family law matters when there is abuse involved.

The panelists will be discussing the following topics:

Nicole Harrison

Nicole joined Russell Alexander Collaborative Family Lawyers in 2022 as a Legal Assistant & Social Service Worker. She holds two Honours Diplomas from Durham College as a Social Service Worker and in Community Services and Child Studies. In addition, she is also a volunteer at the Durham Rape Crisis Centre where she supports survivors of sexual assault. Integrating Social Work and Family Law is important to her in order to offer a holistic approach to her clients and foster their emotional well-being throughout the course of their family law matters.
